Our services include property listing management, lead management, analytics, custom domain setup, and branding tools. These services are offered under monthly and annual subscription plans.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate information on your account and listings. You agree to use Propertyhq lawfully and refrain from posting illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content. Misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, logos, design elements, and software are the intellectual property of Propertyhq. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Propertyhq is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after changes are made indicates your acceptance of those changes.

7. Refund Policy

Payments made to Propertyhq are eligible for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. Refund requests made after this 15-day period will not be accepted. Refunds will not be provided for partial use of services, unused subscription periods beyond the 15-day window, or account cancellations after the refund period has expired. We recommend trying our free demo or trial before subscribing to ensure the service meets your requirements.
